What are some common signs that one may be experiencing a fractured nose?

I had recently suffered a concussion due to a football injury. I had accidently collided into a team mate, face first, and found myself in an ambulance soon after. Since then I’ve been experiencing pain in my nose, but nothing seems to be broken. What might I look for in terms of a nasal fracture?
