What would you recommend for a potential sinusitis?

I have swelling in my sinus cavities, I can breathe through my nose but can tell there is swelling. I was sneezing and had all the symptoms of sinusitis for about a week and now no sneezing but when I blow my nose yellow and bloody discharge. What would you recommend as a course of action?
